Tortellini Soup! I used dry pasta instead of fresh/frozen and put it in approx 10 minutes before the spinach instead of adding them at the same time. And I used only about two-thirds of a block of cream cheese instead of the entire thing. I also used Country Sausage instead of Italian Sausage. YUM. 10/10 Would make again. ❤
